On Thursday, 12th December 2024, the Hellenic Bankers Association (HBA) UK hosted an exclusive dual-event at the art-inspired Art’otel Hoxton in London! The venue’s privately reserved floor reached full capacity, reflecting the demand for this highly anticipated event. We regret that some late RSVPs could not be accommodated and thank everyone for their interest and understanding.

The evening started with welcome remarks delivered by Xenofon Zacharoudis, Chairman of HBA-UK, who warmly greeted attendees and highlighted the significance of the event as part of the Association’s mission to promote thought leadership and collaboration within the financial services sector.

Following that, a dynamic panel discussion commenced, featuring leading experts Arun Srivastava and Bhavesh Panchal of Paul Hastings, moderated by Fay Konstantinidi, HBA-UK Executive Committee member. The session offered guests a fascinating dive into the latest innovations in Regulatory Technology (RegTech) and its transformative role in navigating complex financial regulations.

Part 2: Festive Christmas Reception

As the panel concluded, the event transitioned into a vibrant Christmas Reception. Against the artistic and high-tech backdrop of Art’otel Hoxton, guests networked over complimentary cocktails, canapés, and bowl food, creating an atmosphere of warmth and festive celebration.
